New Offering
Gong Relaxation Sessions

I first experienced the sound of the gong at a meditation event in Ubud. I felt immediately moved to learn to play the gong and offer this to the yoga community here in Sydney. I often use the gong in my Yoga Therapy sessions as a form of relaxation and have decided to begin to offer gong sessions on their own as a way to calm the nervous system and shift stuck energy in the
body and mind.
